The FPS has taken the community by storm, and it hit over a million units sold in less than 24 hours after it launched into Early Access on Steam. The game has also hit the number one spot in the Steam charts for weekly active users.
If you have been living under a rock recently, and have missed all the hype around Wardogs, here’s a bit more information about the game direct from the team at Bulkhead. “WARDOGS is an All-Out Warfare FPS that combines tactical gunplay and combined arms combat with building and destruction mechanics in a large-scale, up to 100-player militaristic sandbox. The game mode – Inspired by ‘King of the Hill’ – has three teams fight for control of randomized 2x2km ‘Control Zones’ within larger maps. The team with the most players within the Control Zone earns points – the first team to reach 100 points wins the match. The variables in zone location and individual player tactics mean no match ever plays out the same”
Wardogs is available now in Early Access on PC via Steam for £36.99. The developers have also confirmed that they are planning a console launch of the title for 2028.
