Thanks to the addition of both the point-based SBC system and the FUT Gallery, fodder is more important than ever in EA FC 27 Ultimate Team.

But that also means that investing in the wrong players and losing your money is easier than it’s ever been. To help you filter your search when completing both simplified and standard SBCs, here are the cheapest players you can currently buy in EA FC 27.

The cheapest players by rating in EA FC 27

Because most cards under 84 OVR share an almost stale price range and rarely go far beyond their default market values, we started at 84 and worked our way to the five cheapest 90-rated cards in FC 27. Why stop there? Haaland is the only player above that rating available for less than 400 thousand coins. When most cards fall into the same price range, we arbitrarily list our most common finds. After all, there’s no use adding a player you might struggle to find.

84 OVR

As you can see below, Trent Alexander-Arnold is currently the cheapest 84 OVR player in EA FC 27, followed by Phil Foden at 900 Coins and the trio of Laporte, Hincapié, and Janina Minge.

85 OVR

Youri Tielemans is FC 27‘s cheapest 85-rated player at the time of writing and can be found for around 2.300 Coins on consoles. Sam Kerr, Ellie Carpenter, Leah Williamson, and Kevin De Bruyne then close the top five.

86 OVR

The gateway to walkouts, a few 86-rated players are surprisingly cheap, with Martin Odegaard being currently available for under five thousand coins. Here are the five cheapest 86-rated players in EA FC 27:

87 OVR

The home of arguably the game’s best cheap beasts, Lauraro Martinez and Jamal Musiala are EA FC 27‘s cheapest 87-rated players. Trinity Rodman and Rose Lavelle can also be found within the top five and are excellent choices for budget meta squads.

88 OVR

Although having representatives who were once acquirable for as low as eight thousand coins, the 88-rated class is at the peak of inflation, with its cheapest find currently sitting at 12K. Hasegawa is also the only one among its top five to be worth the investment if you are looking to assemble a secondary team.

89 OVR

With a 20.000-coin floor, Bruno Fernandez showcases Manchester United’s current form as the cheapest 89 OVR-rated player in FC 27. The reason for his low price? His PAC keeps the card from excelling in the current high-line/counter-based meta. The five below are also the only cards in this rating under 50K.

90 OVR

As you can see below, only five 90-rated players can be found for less than 100 thousand coins in EA FC 27, with Rodri being the cheapest due to, again, a lack of pace. If you are assembling a team, Thibaut Courtois is then by far the best deal among all and is considered by many to be the game’s best overall goalkeeper.
